Your Right to Cancel

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allows for a 7 day (7 working days from the day following the day in which you placed your order) cooling off period when you (the end user) have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. If you wish to exercise you right to a full refund, then you must contact our customer services department on 0161 969 3200 informing us of your intention to return the goods. All goods must then be posted using "Recorded Delivery" to ensure their safe arrival. All postage costs are your (end user) responsibility. All returned goods must be unopened and in resalable condition. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund your money within 30 days. The only exceptions are for specially ordered items, which cannot be cancelled.

Damaged and Incorrect Deliveries

Damaged products or products which have been incorrectly despatched must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Please note, if a customer orders an incorrect product and it's packaging has been opened then it becomes non saleable. In situations such as this, we can't be held responsible and we will not refund or replace free of charge.


Despatch of Products

Standard deliveries (UK Mainland) are free of charge. All orders placed before 4.00PM will be despatched during the same working day (mon-fri), the majority of orders will be despatched via Royal Mail First Class Post, but if your order contains weighty items such as paper or, if your order is valued above a certain value, this may be sent via courier. Please note, that we do not charge extra for shipping 1st class post, as we would like you to receive your order as soon as possible!! Please allow 2 -5 working days for delivery (UK Mainland), the majority of orders however are received the following working day. If your order has not arrived after the fifth working day, please contact our customer services department on 0161 969 3200, or via our help desk found under Contact Us at the top of our home page and we will chase your order. Due to the constraints of the Royal Mail system, we are unable to chase any orders before the 5th working day has elapsed. When chasing an order, please make sure you have your contact details and order number ready, as we will need this information.. ALSO PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU ENTER AN INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES.
